Above rates are per day per villa 1-7 pax and include:
- cleaning and change of linen and towels 2 times per week (arrival day and in the middle of the stay)
- extra day cleaning on request, at 50 euros per time
- maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool
- expenses for electricity – water
- complimentary basket on arrival containing : bottled water, coffee, milk, butter, juice, etc.
- all local taxes
